Similar to using different facebook accounts, the material I would share with (existing and potential) employers would include the best I have to offer.  My peers on the other hand might be subjected to more of the low-lights because that would be part of the point, getting their input to make things better.  <br \/>\nI think the idea that you would have one e-portfolio is limiting...I may even want to tailor pieces of a professional one during a job hunt to specific potential employers.
